Position 2 in the European Alternative Charts!!!

Okay this is UNBELIEVABLE. „In Love Or Despair“ is now at position 2 in the European Alternative Charts.  When I recorded this album I thought: maybe I will have a chance of taking position 20 for a week. Now I‘ve been in the charts for 9 weeks and was really happy with my best position 9. I knew this was it and I would soon drop out. But now I‘m at NUMBER TWO! :) I don‘t know who it was that played my CD or maybe even bought it, but THANK YOU SO MUCH! :). This is so much more than I have ever dreamt of! And It might have to mean I will have to make another album some time in the future, right? :D

Things I could get used to in 2014

It‘s week 7 (!) in the European Alternative Charts (www.alt-charts.eu). I‘m still at position 9. This is something I could get used to :D  When I decided to really produce „In Love Or Despair“, I would have never thought of reaching the alternative charts at all, and staying there for 7 weeks is something I wouldn‘t have dared to dream of.  I still don‘t know how I got there and who is buying the CDs and playing my songs in the radio (except some dear friends in the UK who claim they‘re not guilty) So I guess it‘s time to thank YOU for a great 2013. Annika of the great German alternative music magazine voted The Flood - In Love Or Despair as her 2nd favorite album of 2013!!!! Wow! :) I‘m in very best company there - and very happy and humbled! :)

Sorry if this bores you, but I AM STILL IN THE EUROPEAN ALTERNATIVE CHARTS! :) Thanks to all who made this possible!
I really thought this week (week 5) I would drop out. Instead, I have climbed up a little to number 9! That means I am in the European Alternative top 10 songs and even above Erasure and VNV Nation. I‘m sorry, Vince Clarke. But don‘t cry, you have a special place in my SHRINE :)
